Heard both sides.

2.By the impugned order, the objections raised by one Ravichandran and the petitioner herein were overruled by the Tahsildar, Vadipatti and it was directed that survey should be conducted. Questioning the same, Ravichandran filed WP(MD)No.4199 of 2024. The said writ petition was disposed of today with certain observations, clarifications and directions. The present writ petition is also disposed of on the same lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
