ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 09.08.2024 made in W.P(MD) No.11588 of 2022, wherein, this Court has directed the second respondent to afford an opportunity to the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the authority has passed an order dated 31.12.2024 rejecting the request of the petitioner. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that she has not been given any opportunity before passing such an order, as directed by this Court.

3. The petitioner has sent a fresh representation on 09.07.2025. In view of the above said fresh representation, the second respondent in the writ petition/first respondent herein is directed to consider the said representation and pass orders afresh, without there being any necessity 2/4

for providing personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
