O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's application No.2026/0123/13/000100 dated 06.01.2026 and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries in S.No.884/4A1 situated at Ayyalur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's application.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is hereby dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been submitted for the survey of the property in question and for demarcation of its boundaries.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in question in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

6. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's application No.2026/0123/13/000100 dated 06.01.2026 and take appropriate steps to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and 3/6

other interested parties, if any and that if required, police assistance may be taken.
