To extend by a period of 6(six) weeks, the order of modification herein relaxation passed by this Hon'ble Court in its order dt.17.2.2022 in Crl.MP.(MD).No.2509 of 2022 relaxing the condition requiring the Petitioner to attend the Court of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trail of Cases uder SC/ST (PoA)Act, 1989 Sivagangai as directed under order dated 03.02.2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.8 of 2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and pass such further or other orders and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. P.T.KANNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M.Asha, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the period, imposed by this Court to the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.2509 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.8 of 2022, dated 17.02.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.2509 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.8 of 2022, dated 17.02.2022 is extended by a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
