ORDER
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's application dated 03.07.2023 and to consequently, issue patta for the petitioner's lands after carrying out subdivision.
3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, without going into the merits of the entitlement of the petitioner, direction is issued to the second respondent to take up the petitioner's application dated 03.07.2023 and pass orders on the merits of the said application seeking separate patta and 2/4
subdivision. The second respondent shall also take into account the fact that the suit filed in O.S.No.361 of 2015 by the petitioner as one of the plaintiffs as against the sixth respondent has been decreed in favour of the petitioner on 17.10.2019, thereby injuncting the sixth respondent from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The second respondent shall pass orders on the merits of the petitioner's application after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 9. The said exercise shall be compelted within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
