ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent rejecting the representation of the petitioner seeking realignment of construction of HLP across the river Vaigai connecting Paravai in SHU-100 and Thuvariman in Madurai-Melakkal Road.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the proposed project plan was dropped and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
