Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed by this Court on 03.02.2020 granting anticipatory bail and condition could not be complied since the petitioner suffered some health issues and hence she seeks time to surrender and furnish sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 03.02.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1357 of 2020 is extended up to 20.03.2020.
