ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the third respondent to alter the F.I.R in Crime No.80 of 2015 by adding the additional penal Sections (i.e) 324, 506(ii) and 307 I.P.C and 3 more accused on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 06.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the State.

3. This Court is of view that registration of an F.I.R informing certain offences does not preclude the respondent police from informing other offences while filing the final report.
