ORDER

According to the petitioner, the property comprised in S.F.No.158/1A, measuring about 0.29.0 ares and S.F.No.158/1F measuring about 0.40.5 ares bearing patta No.236 situated at Kanjirangal Village group is the ancestral property of the petitioner's father in law. After his demise, the petitioner and her husband are in possession and enjoyment of the property. However, the patta in respect of the above said properties was changed in favour of some third parties. In the above said circumstances, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 31.08.2015 before the respondent. Based on the said representation, an enquiry was also conducted by the respondent. Thereafter, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
