This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide protection to the petitioner's trust properties in Survey No.86/5B, 86/7B situated at Mulagumoodu Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District based on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.157 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022 on the file of the second respondent police based on the representation dated 21.02.2022.
