O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in First Information Report in Crime No.314 of 2015 and to submit final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case was registered in Crime No.314 of 2015 for the offence under

Sections 294(b), 468, 420, 506(ii) of I.P.C, on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the enquiry is going on and the respondent police will be able to file final report within three months.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.314 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
