ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.183 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent as expeditiously as possible.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.183 of 2018. He would further submit that investigation is almost completed and he seeks one month time for filing final report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.183 of 2018 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
