ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.187 of 2022, dated 19.09.2022 on the file of the second respondent Police, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent registered FIR in Crime No.187 of 2022 and that the investigation is going on. Hence, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.187 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
