ORDER

This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in O.P.No.345 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and transfer to the file of Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

2.Today (ie., 26.04.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsels appearing for the parties have consented that the case may be transferred to Sub Court, Usilampatti, instead of transferring it to the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

3.In view of the above said submissions, this Transfer C.M.P. is partly allowed, thereby, O.P.No.345 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Usilampatti. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
