O R D E R

Heard Ms.Saphna, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.This is a petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order, dated 02.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13846 of 2020.

3.The petitioner has preferred a Writ Petition bearing W.P.(MD)No. 13846 of 2020 seeking a direction to the first respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) with effect from 14.02.2019 in the third respondent School with all attendant and monetary benefits in the light of the order passed by the first respondent, dated 30.01.2019 and this Court vide judgment and order, dated 02.09.2022 finally disposed of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) with effect from 14.02.2019 in the third respondent School with all attendant and monetary benefits.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the judgment and order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13846 of 2020, dated 02.09.2022 has been complied with and in this regard, an order, dated 30.12.2024 has been issued by the first respondent and the copy of the order, dated 30.12.2024 has been produced before this Court, which is taken on record. A copy of the order was also given to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, it has been stated that the first respondent has approved the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in the third respondent School with effect from 14.02.2019.

The learned Special Government Pleader further submits that once the appointment has been approved, then there is no doubt that the petitioner will get the entire salary and monetary benefits as well as regular salary in accordance with law. 5.Ms.Saphna, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that she has received the copy of the order issued by the first respondent, dated 30.12.2024 and the appointment of the petitioner has been approved by the first respondent in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13846 of 2020, dated 02.09.2022 and that the respondents may be discharged from the present contempt proceedings at this stage and this contempt petition may be disposed of accordingly.

6.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsels for the parties and after perusal of the order, dated 30.12.2024 passed by the first respondent, this Court is satisfied that the respondents have fully complied with the judgment and order of this Court W.P.(MD)No.13846 of 2020, dated 02.09.2022. Thus, no useful purpose will be served in continuing the present contempt proceedings further. Accordingly, the respondents are discharged from the present contempt proceedings at this stage and the present Contempt Petition is disposed of. The file is consigned to record. No costs.
