O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.128 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent or any other competent agency and investigate the case and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submits that more than 18 witnesses have been examined and also the case is pending from the year 2011 onwards.

4. Therefore, this court is inclined to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry and file a final report within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
