COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in all the writ petitions is and the same, the writ petitions are taken up together and disposed of by this common order.

2.According to the petitioners, earlier they were assigned with a house-sites by the District Revenue Officer. Pursuant to the same, they have also put up construction in the house-sites assigned to them. According to them, some third parties are trying to encroach their lands and therefore, they have approached the respondents seeking to survey and measure their properties. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petitions have been filed. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petitioners did not file proper application along with necessary fee. 4.In the above circumstances, the petitioners are directed to submit a proper application before the second respondent along with necessary fee seeking to survey and measure their properties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such applications, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

5.With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
