2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOEL PAUL ANTONY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23149 of 2015 dated 17.12.2015.

2. This Court, by order dated 17.12.2015, made in Crl.O.P.No.23149 of 2015, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready, However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The reason given by the petitioners is not acceptable. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
