The petitioners have made applications to the respondent requesting Community Certificates. Seeking action on the same, the present writ petitions have been filed.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner in W.P. (MD)No.4935 of 2021 has been rejected on 07.01.2021. Insofar as the application submitted by the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.4932 of 2021 is concerned, the same is pending consideration.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application submitted by the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.4932 of 2021, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)Nos.4932 & 4935 of 2021 this order. Insofar as the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.4935 of 2021 is concerned, she is at liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 07.01.2021, if so advised.
