ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct second respondent herein to comply the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.352 of 2022 on the file of the said Court, dated 04.01.2023 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.352 of 2022, enquiry was undertaken, during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and there was a settlement entered between them by which, the accused person gave a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- to the petitioner/complainant. On the basis of the settlement entered between them, the enquiry was closed and the closure report has also filed before the concerned Court.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has not received any notice or report from the Police or from the concerned Court sofar.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to serve the notice to the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
