It is represented that a regular case in Crime No.381 of 2015, was registered by the respondent police and after conducting a detailed enquiry, the police have filed action dropped report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and a copy of the action dropped report has also been submitted before this Court.
