2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition was filed against the order passed in an interim application filed seeking amendment. Subsequently, fresh sale notice was issued and the same is also subject matter of challenge.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
