This petition has been filed seeking direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 9 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.9 of 2021 and also filed final report before the PCR Court, Tirunelveli.
