This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the rowdy list in H.S.No.07 of 2021 maintained by the second respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2023 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023 will be considered in the next meeting.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to consider the writ 2/4

petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.
