O R D E R
This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 09.01.2014 passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.78 of 2014, thereby granted bail to the second respondent.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the second respondent/accused was ended in acquittal on 04.06.2018 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Madurai.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
