O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the Poovanthi Police Station officials not to harass the petitioner by way of visiting the petitioner's house frequently under the guise of enquiry about the murder case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in connection with the murder of a Shepherd woman, by name Logambal, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner, by visiting the petitioner's house frequently under the guise of the enquiry about the murder.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on

instructions submitted that the murder case was solved by arresting the sole accused who has confessed to the crime. He further submitted that no further enquiry is required. Even earlier the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that no enquiry is conducted.

5. Having regard to the statement given before this Court by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Court find that no further direction is necessary. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
