O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.309 of 2015 under appropriate section of I.P.C., and to file final report as per law within the time framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.309 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. Though the case was registered in the year 2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was no progress in the enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however, on instructions submitted that the petitioner was directed to produce the documents and though several opportunities were given to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, he has not furnished any documents or materials to substantiate the complaint. He further submitted that the complaint was closed as "Action Dropped" and a copy of such Closure Report was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

5. Having regard to the facts narrated above, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- " This Court has no other option but to close this petition and however, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a Protest petition and to seek appropriate relief in the manner known to law."
