O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere into the civil dispute and thereby not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
