ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner is a retired employee of the CoOperative Department. Initially, he was not allowed to retire. He reached the age of superannuation in the year 2014. Subsequently, he was exonerated from all charges. In fact, retrospective promotion to the post of Audit Officer was also given. But, then the consequential arrears of salary and other monetary benefits were not disbursed to the petitioner. In this regard, he has given representations to the respondent dated 20.05.2017 and 03.11.2017.

3.The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
