ORDER

On 23.02.2023, this Court called for report from the concerned Court with regard to the stage of the FIR.

2. As per the direction of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Melur sent a report, wherein it is stated that a petition under Section 468 Cr.P.C., was filed by one G.Ranjitha, who is the one of the accused and now the case was posted on 14.03.2023 under the caption "for orders".

3. Since the order has not be passed by the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, the petitioner can workout his remedy, after passing the order, if so aggrieved and this Court cannot be issue any direction to the respondent herein.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
