This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the body or person of the Petitioner's mother by name Tmt.Pirabi, wife of Anthony Pillai, aged about 40 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced before this Court the missing lady, the mother of the Petitioner, who has eloped with the third respondent.

4.Since she is a major and she has been produced before this Court, there is no trace for illegal detention of the Petitioner's mother and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
