2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the writ petition, the detenu was granted ordinary leave for seven days and he seeks 30 days leave.

3. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities to consider the case of the detenu for extension of leave under the relevant Rules.
