RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by an order dated 04.01.2023 in Crl.OP(MD)No.22515 of 2022 directing the petitioner to report before Othakadai police station daily at 10.30 am Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SUKUMAR.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22515 of 2022, dated 04.01.2023. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.3204 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22515 of 2022, dated 04.01.2023 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor on 06.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
