ORDER
The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the 1st respondent herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025 and to direct the Re-investigation of the case in Crime No. 630 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent.
2. Heard both side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is seeking reinvestigation in Crime No.630 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent. The prosecution submitted initially the petitioner has filed the complaint on the allegation of misappropriation of loan repayment amount of Rs.2,16,422/-. In the meanwhile, it is seen that the respondent prosecution filed final report 2/4
and the same was taken on file by the trial Court. When the case is pending before the trial Court, the investigation officer cannot be directed to reinvestigate the matter. Therefore the petitioner is at liberty to a file petition before the trial Court seeking reinvestigation regarding the amount.
4. The prosecution is directed to submit additional information which was received during investigation before the trial Court. The trial Court shall take a call on the petitioner's claim.
5. With these directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
