ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to set aside the condition Nos.2 and 5 imposed upon the petitioner pursuant of the order, dated 23.01.2015, passed in Crl.M.P.No.225 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Sessions, Kanyakumari Division, Nagercoil 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed on him in appearing before the respondent, the order of the Court of Sessions, Kanyakumari Division, Nagercoil passed in Crl.M.P.No.225 of 2015, shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall now appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above modification, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
