This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 23.12.2020 and for a consequential direction to the respondents either to extend the period of lease of right or to refund the entire bid amount paid by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent.

2.Considering the nature of grievance that has been raised in this writ petition, nothing survives for further consideration, since it pertains to the pandemic period and the period itself has come to end long back.
