O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15132 of 2020, dated 03.11.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents herein had produced the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.1238/2021/A3, dated 05.04.2022. It is stated in that proceedings that the total extent of land in Survey No.303/12 as per the UDR-A Register is only 0.09.0 ares. When actions were initiated to grant patta to the petitioner as per the UDR register, 133 sq.ft. was only left in the field and the remaining were included in other sub-divisions, hence, the patta was not granted. Thereafter, the documents No.2459/2011 of the petitioner was enquired and it reveals that there was no measurement to each survey numbers. Now, as per the measurements recorded in the computer records, patta cannot be granted to the petitioner other than the said record. This order also communicated to the petitioner.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned for appropriate action, if he so desires. 17.10.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ta
