The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take action on petitioner's representations, dated 17.02.2022 and 25.02.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and for the same, enquiry is still pending.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party if any, and dispose of the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
