RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.1963 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN.K.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN,Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1963 of 2023, dated 01.02.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1963 of 2023, dated 01.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
