This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 13.01.2017 and the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
