RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). no.14449 of 2016 dated 18.8.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SANKAR PRAKASH,Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner, with regard to appearance before the respondent police, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14449 of 2016, dated 18.08.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 p.m. until further orders. The petitioner is a student, studying in JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Pichanur, Coimbatore, and therefore it is difficult for him to go to respondent police station daily from his residence and therefore he prays for modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case and he is not complying with the condition.

College at Coimbatore, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two weeks i.e., on the first Sunday of every two weeks at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and the petition is disposed of accordingly.
