Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the document executed way back in the year 1981. The second respondent will keep the said complaint pending. The decision will be taken after the Hon'ble Division Bench renders its verdict. The second respondent will go by the instruction to be given by the first respondent. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
