ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 for giving police protection to the petitioner to reside in D.No.55/72, Vadakasiamman 2nd Street, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
