Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that since there are discrepancies in the particulars furnished by the petitioner, the petitioner's request cannot be accepted.

4. The respondent is directed to pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately and without any delay so that the petitioner can challenge the same in the manner known to law. With this direction to the respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
