(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) Challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 21.01.2025, this Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the impugned order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has a remedy to file a revision before the authority concerned under Section 10-A of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

3.The petitioner is at liberty to file a revision petition under Section 10(A)(1) of the Land Encroachment Act and a stay petition under Section 10(B) of the Act and it is for the Revisional Authority to consider the same and pass orders on merits.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
