Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in CRL.OP (MD).No.22456 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District.

2. Mr.K.G.Arunkumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent-police received another false complaint from the defactocomplainant and made harassment even after obtaining anticipatory bail by this Court, due to which, the petitioners could not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 14.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No.22456 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024.
