The above petition has been filed seeking orders to record the second respondent and bring on record the sixth respondent as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.P.Samuel Gunasingh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 and the proposed sixth respondent would submit that the second respondent is alive.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side. Records perused.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 16.07.2026.
