ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners' complaint is that there is some UDR error in respect of the petition mentioned property. They want the same to be corrected. The petitioners had given a petition before the District Collector and it has been now forwarded to the Tahsildar. It is well settled that an UDR error can be corrected only by the jurisdictional District Revenue Officer. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent herein. The second respondent shall enquire into it and pass order thereon within a period of twelve weeks after the receipt of such representation. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
