This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.24 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.24 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 26.03.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
