This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiring into the complaint lodged by one Rajarathinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that an enquiry was conducted with reference to the Crime No.601 of 2017 and the same was closed as "Action Dropped". He also submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and that there will be no harassment.
